Your First Visit

What to Bring to Your First Appointment

Please bring the three completed New Patient Forms, found on the Forms page.

Office Directions: GPS will get you right to our office park. However, once you’re in the complex there is no wayfinding signage to guide you to our office. Here are some tips once you have entered the Bellewood Office Park:

  • Go 200 feet past the entrance to the white FedEx dropbox and take a left-hand turn after the drop box.
  • Go 100 feet past the set of dumpsters into the large parking lot.
  • You will see two buildings on the left side. Our building is the one on the left. (There is a sign at the entrance to the building: Bellewood Two Building.)
  • Take the elevator or stairs up to the third floor and take a right. We’re in Suite 300.

Our address is:
2025 112th Ave. NE
Bellewood Two Building, Suite 300
Bellevue WA 98004

The Constitutional Visit

The constitutional assessment is at the heart of homeopathic treatment. A constitution is the totality of unique reactions and affinities of an individual; it takes into account the mental, emotional, and physical state of the person. During a constitutional assessment the doctor gathers in-depth information about how an individual responds to stressors and the global function of the person. This assessment process takes two hours.

Your doctor will collect the information and look for persistent patterns. This includes a full health history of the patient and other immediate family members, a review of the primary symptoms, along with previous health ailments and injuries. The doctor will also gather information on diet, sleep, and how the patient responds to stressors.

The purpose of collecting and studying the information is to find the homeopathic remedy that is suited for you at this time. The doctor may need time to study your case or he may give you a remedy at the time of your appointment. There are over 2,000 homeopathic remedies.
